We tossed five questions at the Chiefs’ Anthony Fasano, then asked fellow tight end Travis Kelce how he thought Fasano would answer to see if they are on the same page:

Kelce

1. Who was your favorite athlete growing up?

Mark Bavaro, because I was a Giants fan and he was a hard-nosed tight end.

He’s an old guy, so Joe Namath or something? I’m kidding. Mike Ditka, maybe?

2. What’s your favorite pump-up music?

I couldn’t say a specific song, but something by Eminem.

He’s from that Nas and Jay Z era, so I’m going to go with Biggie Smalls.

3. If you weren’t playing football, what sport would you be playing?

Baseball.

Baseball. He’s got a cannon.

4. What’s your favorite road trip or away stadium to play in?

Either Jets or Giants, because I am from there and I get to see the family.

He’s got to always enjoy going home, so the Jets.

5. What’s your favorite TV show to binge-watch?

Homeland.

He probably grew up watching Sopranos with Fasano as a last name.

The verdict? Much better than our week-one pairing of punter Dustin Colquitt and long snapper Thomas Gafford.
