Chiefs coach Andy Reid received the game ball from team chairman Clark Hunt following a 27-21 win over New Orleans on Sunday. The game was Reid’s 300th game as a head coach, improving his overall record to 176-123-1.

“Well, I appreciate him doing that,” Reid said, when asked Monday about the gesture. “I’m not all that big on all that. I’m still waiting for my win total to exceed my weight. That’s going to be a couple more wins.”

Reid now sits in 14th place, all-time, in NFL history for regular-season wins. He trails Los Angeles Rams coach Jeff Fisher (177) by one.

Legendary Miami Dolphins head coach Don Shula leads the all-time list with 347.
