This Jimmy Kimmel joke led to a facepalm from new Browns QB Baker Mayfield

That is the last time the Cleveland Browns won a football game. The Browns beat the Chargers 20-17 on that Christmas Eve and avoided a winless season.

Cleveland's last win against a division opponent came shortly before the Royals won the World Series. It was a 33-30 overtime win at Baltimore on Oct. 11, 2015.

It seems safe to assume that quarterback Baker Mayfield, who was the No. 1 overall pick in the NFL Draft on Thursday night, is aware of the Browns futility.

Just don't remind him of the Browns' inability to win.

Jimmy Kimmel did just that on Thursday night when he chatted with Mayfield, the former Oklahoma quarterback, and reminded him that the bar hasn't been set all that high in Cleveland. It led to this funny exchange on "Jimmy Kimmel Live:"
