The annual Gold Gloves award ceremony is becoming old hat for Royals catcher Salvador Perez.

Perez won the American League Gold Glove award for the fourth time, but he did find something new at Friday’s ceremony in New York: a convenient place to put his baby son, Johan.

That may not be an actual baby cradle, but someone needs to build something like that, because it is awesome.

This next photo is from a few weeks ago, but it’s a wonderful picture of Johan in a cradle that Perez and his girlfriend apparently do use.

If you follow Perez on social media, then you know how often he shares pictures of Johan (especially on Snapchat).

After the Gold Glove winners were announced last week, Perez shared another photo on Instagram featuring Johan. This, too, is adorable.

While Perez seemed to enjoy himself at the ceremony, he did admit to missing his teammates who were not there.
