Mizzou contest seeks Tigers fans’ videos for football season opener

Missouri football has a question for Tigers fans: “Why are you excited to return to The Zou on Aug. 30?”

The best answer received in the form of a YouTube video will air on the Memorial Stadium video board during the Aug. 30 season opener against South Dakota State.

Video content must be the original creation of the fan submitting the video and entries that include audio or video content for which the user does not have copyrights will not be considered.

Entries shouldn’t be longer than 60 seconds and must be submitted in the form of a YouTube URL.

Submissions are being accepted at MUTigers.com and must be received by 6 p.m. Aug. 21.

Each Friday — Aug. 8, 15 and 22 — a weekly finalist will be selected.

The three finalists will be subject to a fan vote, which begins Aug. 25. The winner will be announced Aug. 27 and will receive four tickets to the South Dakota State game.
