Former KU football player Brandon Bourbon on Missouri missing persons list

Former Kansas running back Brandon Bourbon has been posted to the Missouri State Highway Patrol’s missing persons list, with family members saying they haven’t heard from him since Saturday night.

Bourbon was a running back at KU from 2010-14 before transferring to Washburn to play last season. He came in as a top-rated recruit out of Potosi (Mo.) High before battling numerous leg and knee injuries with the Jayhawks.

Former KU teammate and current Oakland Raiders linebacker Ben Heeney also sent out a note about Bourbon on Twitter.
