Missouri sophomore right-side hitter Kira Larson and freshman middle blocker Alyssa Munlyn received honorable mention Wednesday on the American Volleyball Coaches Association’s All-America team.

The Tigers now have had 11 players appear on 16 All-America teams since coaches Wayne and Susan Kreklow took over the program in 2000.

Larson, a Fargo, N.D., native and transfer from Nebraska, finished second on the team with 312 kills and a .311 hitting percentage. She also was in on 95 blocks this season.

Munlyn, a native of Suwanee, Ga., finished third on Missouri 241 kills and a .357 hitting percentage. She also led the Tigers with a program-record 149 blocks.

Munlyn finished in the top 10 in the SEC in both hitting percentage and blocks per set.
