The Jayhawks have won five of their last eight games, including an 81-71 win over Oklahoma on Sunday at Allen Fieldhouse. Angel Goodrich had 10 assists against the Sooners and became the school’s all-time leader in that category with 687.

Kansas, 16-8 overall and 7-6 in the Big 12, appears to be in good shape to make the NCAA tournament if it continues to play well down the stretch.
The Jayhawks have five regular-season games remaining, starting with a road game tonight at Texas, 9-15 and 2-11.
The Longhorns are struggling, having lost 13 of their last 15 games, but they are 6-4 all-time at home against Kansas. The Jayhawks did win 72-67 last year in Austin.
