Tanner Wood, 6-5, 235, DE, Conway Springs —

Quarterback and linebacker who will move to DE. Eagle Top 11 pick and state player of the year, honorable-mention Parade All-American. Set Kansas record with 659 rushing yards against Chaparral. Had 2,709 rushing yards for season.

Listed by ESPNU as fastest receiver in 2013 class.

Travis Green, 6-1, 210, DB, Omaha (Iowa Western) —

Played OLB as freshman, DB as junior. Had 62 tackles as sophomore.

Nate Jackson, 5-11, 185, DB, Daly City, Calif. (College of San Mateo) —

Had nine interceptions in two seasons, all-conference in 2011.

Dakorey Johnson, 6-3, 200, LB, Mesquite, Texas (Trinity Valley CC) —

Had 82 tackles and five sacks in two seasons. Older brother Quincy Morgan was a K-State WR from 1999-2001.

Named Oklahoma Top 11, all-6A by The Oklahoman. Had four INTs and 100 tackles over final two seasons.

Part of Iowa Western’s national championship team. All-American DL ranked 53rd-best juco player by

Jake Waters, 6-2, 215, QB, Council Bluffs, Iowa (Iowa Western CC) —

Led Iowa Western to NJCAA title as national offensive player of year. Completed NJCAA record 73.3 percent of passes with 39 TDs and three INTs.

Isaiah Williams, 6-1, 223, LB, Dallas (Skyline) —

Had 68 tackles as a senior, played on a team that was 28-6 in three seasons. All-region and all-district by Dallas Morning News.

Jordan Willis, 6-5, 250, DE, Raymore-Peculiar, Mo. (Rockhurst) —

All-KC Metro pick who had 58 tackles and nine sacks as senior. Three-year letterman who helped Rockhurst to state title as sophomore.

Honorable-mention all-Texas as senior, two-year starter.

Ajahne Brager, 6-4, 280, OL, Magnolia, Texas —

Second-team all-district as senior who had 162 tackles, 14 sacks and 11 forced fumbles during his career.

Jesse Ertz, 6-4, 199, QB, Burlington, Iowa (Mediapolis) —

Iowa Gatorade Player of the Year who has Parade HM All-American. Set Iowa record for career TD passes (98) and is fifth in Iowa career passing yardage (7,317).

Matt McCrane, 5-11, 165, K, Brownwood, Texas —

Made 7 of 12 FGA as senior, including 52-yarder. Selected to play in 2013 U-19 International Bowl.

Reid Najvar, 6-4, 290, OL, Spring, Texas (Klein Oak) —

All-district as a senior, among Houston Chronicle’s top 100 recruits.

Sean Newlan, 6-2, 200, DB, Prairie View (Phillipsburg) —

Honorable-mention all-class twice and a two-time 3A champion in the 110 hurdles.

Dayton Valentine, 6-4, 240, TE, Baldwin City, Kan. (Baldwin) —

Honorable-mention All-4A by The Eagle, selected to play in Shrine Bowl. Reigning 4A champ in discus and shot put.

Unrated Blake Baird, 6-1, 225, LB, Silver Lake —

All-3A linebacker by The Eagle, appeared in two state finals. Had 273 tackles and 15 sacks in his career.

Brogan Barry, 6-2, 195, DB, Topeka (Hayden) —

Named to all-Topeka team and was team MVP.

Chris Brown, 6-4, 345, DT, Mesa, Ariz. (Scottsdale CC) —

Had 68 tackles during 2011 sophomore season, then de-committed from Washington State and sat out 2012.

Austin Butterfield, 6-4, 207, TE, Aurora, Colo. (Grandview) —

Had 10 catches for 96 yards and a touchdown last season. Also all-league punter.

All-2-1A defensive end by The Eagle. Helped Meade to two state titles.

Two-time 6A wrestling champion at 285 pounds and All-Class 6A lineman by The Eagle.

All-class selection by The Eagle who led LaCrosse to pair of state championship-game appearances.

Drew Scott, 6-2, 205, LS, Cedar Rapids, Iowa (Xavier) —

Successful on all 67 snaps over final two seasons.

Had 58 94 career receptions for 1,517 yards and 24 TDs. Part of Sumner’s two state basketball championships.
