Darren Howard, 1996-99: Howard is K-State’s career leader with 291/2 sacks, but his pass-rushing skills didn’t stop there. He also made 67 sacks in the NFL.

Nyle Wiren, 1993-96: If you want to see the former K-State defensive end in action (he ranks second in program history with 271/2 sacks), watch “The Longest Yard” remake. Wiren is the body double for “Stone Cold” Steve Austin during football scenes.

Dirk Ochs, 1993-95: Ochs piled up 24 sacks in three seasons, ranking third on K-State’s career list.

Ryan Mueller 2010-present: The senior from Leawood tied K-State’s single-season record with 111/2 sacks last season. Can he break it as a senior?

Ian Campbell 2005-08: Like Mueller and Wiren, Campbell had 111/2 sacks in a single season. He went on to record 201/2 in his career.
