Bandit Lures has come up with a series of crankbaits that definitely have a split personality.
Or maybe we should say they are two-faced.
The Mistake series of lures feature a distinctive color pattern on one side and a totally different one on the other. Yeah, it looks like someone in the factory made a mistake.
But that’s not the case. The lures originated when a tackle shop drew up a design and convinced Bandit Lures to manufacture a batch. The lures were so successful that the concept has been expanded.
Bandit has come out with three new two-faced lures for the 2016 season. The Crossbreed features a baby bass pattern on one side and a river bream coloration on the other. Malfunction combines two crawdad patterns. And Mistaken Identity has a bright Fire Tiger pattern on one side and a muted brown coloration on the other.
