Even if they don’t clinch a spot this week, the Chiefs are in great position to make the postseason. Fivethirtyeight.com gives the Chiefs a 99 percent chance to reach the playoffs, an 83 percent chance to win the division and an 81 percent chance to earn a first-round bye. The NFL has advised the Chiefs to prepare for the playoffs by selling postseason tickets for a potential AFC Wild Card or Divisional round game.
Tickets will go on sale to the general public at 10 a.m. on Dec. 23 and can be bought online at Chiefs.com.
The Chiefs will be host to the Titans at noon Sunday at Arrowhead Stadium.
