Imbibe on the 13 new cocktail options at Summit Grill & Bar

Summit Grill & Bar is known for its tasty, no-frills menu from owners Andy Lock and Domhnall Molloy. But frequent customers of the Lee’s Summit and Waldo locations also know the restaurant for its handcrafted cocktails.

The local lunch and dinner spot recently added 13 new drinks to its cocktail menu, from updated takes on the Moscow mule to a sweet martini. Here’s a look at the new offerings:

The Black Rose

Crow’s Coffee cold brew, Jameson whiskey, pumpkin Irish cream (both locations)
