Built with entertainment in mind, this gorgeous, prairie-style home was constructed in 2011. Entirely decorated by the current homeowners, this contemporary house features an open floor plan with the kitchen serving as the central gathering area. A fantastic sound system throughout the house extends to the porch and pool area, allowing guests to enjoy themselves in every area. The entire first floor will be open for the tour.
This covered entertaining porch is a beautiful opening to this prairie-style home. It blends seamlessly into the rest of the home featuring square rock columns, and a huge front door with lovely patio furniture.

Once you walk through the front door, the entryway of the home opens up to a rounded staircase as well as views into the property’s backyard, and into the living room.
The living room is a lowered recreation haven with a cozy setting. Along the outside of the living room, square, open columns separate into the dining room area.
The dining room is a great place for entertaining due to the open floor plan. The Homeowners have a special tradition of an annual art purchase at the Plaza Art Fair. They include friends and family at their annual Plaza Art Fair open house celebration.
Off of the dining room is a gorgeous sunroom with great views of the backyard pool, a fireplace and large stone mantel. Huge, open windows bring light throughout the room as guests sit in beautiful, modern, blue accented furniture tying in the pool view. The main vision of the kitchen is the Carrera marble slab island. Since the kitchen is one of the key rooms of the house, the homeowners found the biggest slab of Carrera marble without a seam, and then designed the kitchen around it.
