"The Flood Advisory will expire at 4:45 a.m. early this morning for portions of east central and northeast Kansas, including the following areas, in east central Kansas, Johnson. In northeast Kansas, Leavenworth and Wyandotte. The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures," according to the National Weather Service.
The advisory is in effect until 4:45 a.m.
