Beef recall over low mad cow risk includes a Kansas City restaurant

Federal officials say regulations prohibit them from saying which Kansas City restaurant received a shipment of meat at risk of being contaminated. Fruitland American Meat in Jackson, Mo., is recalling more than 4,000 pounds of beef distributed to a grocery store chain and two restaurants — including the one in Kansas City.
