Randles, who’s from the Kansas City area, said she’s convinced that the GOP has the right message. The key, she said, is finding the right messenger. She says she’s that person.
▪ “I have been in touch with Mr. Trump directly and his campaign team about this issue.” — Kansas Secretary of State Kris Kobach acknowledging that he helped Donald Trump develop plans to force the Mexican government to pay for a border wall.
Kobach endorsed Trump this year and is an architect of perhaps the best-known Trump proposal.
