Its verdict? Meh.
“The bill is not the monumental shift either side claims it is,” the group said Wednesday. “Despite the fantastical claims of advocates, the modest reduction in tax rates comes at a glacial pace.”
Actually, some advocates said the slow pace of tax cuts was a reason tosupport
the measure — it means Missouri won’t face the kind of tax shock Kansas is dealing with, they said.
