An Overland Park man on probation for indecent exposure is facing a new charge stemming from an incident Monday.

Dustin Christopher Warren, 20, is charged in Johnson County District Court with lewd and lascivious behavior.

The incident was reported in a residential area near Metcalf Avenue and College Boulevard.

Warren was charged last year in another Overland Park case and also was investigated for two other indecent exposure incidents in Leawood, according to court documents.

He pleaded guilty in the Overland Park case in February and was placed on probation for one year.

As part of the plea agreement, prosecutors did not pursue the two Leawood cases, according to court documents.

Both of those Leawood cases involved alleged incidents at churches, according to police reports.

Warren's bond in the new case is set at $10,000. He appeared in court Tuesday afternoon and pleaded not guilty.

Greater Kansas City Crime Stoppers most wanted fugitives.
