Two men have been charged with four felonies each related to Thursday night’s car chase and wreck that hospitalized three people.
Gary E. Butler, 32 of Kansas City, and Andre Allen, 32 of Blue Springs, were each charged with three counts of second-degree assault and one count of resisting arrest in Jackson County court Friday.
