Olathe Medical Center is conducting an online survey about health care needs in southern Johnson County.
The hospital is asking people to go to www.surveymonkey.com/r/OMC_2015 to complete the survey by Oct. 12.
Also, a town hall meeting, with breakfast provided, will be from 7:30 to 9 a.m. Oct. 20 at the Olathe Health Education Center, 21201 W. 152nd St. in Olathe.
The information gathered will go into a report, the Johnson County Community Health Needs Assessment, to meet federal Affordable Care Act regulations. Those regulations require non-profit hospitals to assess community health needs at least once every three years.
