Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Kansas City Homes has signed an agreement to work exclusively with Jackson County real estate developer Dave Gale, president of Gale Communities Inc.
Under the agreement announced in a news release, Gale Communities’ new home properties — including the New Longview development and five neighborhoods in the Winterset development — will be marketed by the Better Homes organization.
In addition, five sales agents from Gale Communities will join Better Homes’ at its Lee’s Summit office, the release said.
Gale Communities, with headquarters in Lee’s Summit, has developed three large projects in the city — New Longview, Winterset and Arborwalk, representing about a $1.6 billion capital investment.
Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Kansas City Homes recorded more than $1.2 billion in sales and 4,700 transactions in 2014. It has headquarters in Overland Park and eight branch offices and more than 430 sales associates.
