Liberty residents can bring their cut Christmas trees to one of the city’s drop-off locations: Bennett Park, 1100 Clayview Drive; or City Park, 970 S. Missouri 291. Trees can be dropped off through Feb. 1.
Trees should be free of decorations and plastic bags.
The trees will be mulched and used for wood chips on trails in the city parks. Last year Liberty mulched 700 trees which were used on Bennett Park trees.
Residents should look for the tree signs near the baseball fields.
