Jackson County legislator opposes legalizing marijuana in Missouri

Bob Spence, a Jackson County legislator, wants Missouri to stand against the trend toward legal use of marijuana. A bill in the state legislature would allow adults ages 21 and older to possess marijuana. Meanwhile, a group wants a statewide vote on legalizing marijuana use and possession of a pound or less of the drug.
