Octogenarian again pleads guilty to Merriam vandalism

For the second time in less than a decade, an 81-year-old Shawnee man has admitted breaking the windows of a Merriam business. Charles W. Worthington pleaded guilty Wednesday in Johnson County District Court to two misdemeanor counts of criminal damage to property at the GuitarLamp shop.
