Repairs to the drainage system along Kansas 7 in Johnson and Wyandotte counties gets underway Monday.
Most of the work will take place off the highway shoulder, but some daily lane closures will be required during the project, according to the Kansas Department of Transportation.

Crews will repair the drainage system on northbound and southbound K-7 between Kansas 32 and Kansas 10.
The project includes the repair of deteriorated crossroad pipes and inlets. Crews will work during daylight hours Mondays through Fridays.
The $340,000 project is expected to be completed by early December.
