Anyone interested in becoming a potential bone marrow donor can sign up with a registry this month at Kansas City area Walgreens pharmacies.
On Saturday, volunteers with the Delete Blood Cancer DKMS registry will be at Walgreens stores from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. for a community donor drive.

Delete Blood Cancer also will have “swab stations” inside the drug stores every day through April where customers can register and run a swab inside their cheek for a lab test used to match potential donors to recipients.
