Olathe police seek person of interest in shooting, robbery

Olathe police are asking for help in locating a person of interest related to a Sunday robbery and shooting.

They are trying to find Gregory J. Milo, 21, who has no known permanent address, related to the robbery of an Olathe motel during which a victim was shot in the arm.

The robbery was at about 2 a.m. Sunday at the motel on the 12200 block of Strang Line Road. Three guest were sitting in a courtyard area when an masked man with a gun demanded their property. During the robbery, he shot a man in the arm.

Milo is black, about five feet nine inches tall and weighs about 150 pounds. He was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, a white T-shirt with a grey design, black jeans, black shoes and a black “KC” baseball cap. His hair was last seen styled with medium length braids.

He should be considered armed and dangerous, police said.
