Keep your eyes open. It's Secret Santa season.
Secret Santa passes random kindness to strangers in a tradition that began with philanthropist Larry Stewart in Kansas City in 1979. Stewart's tradition of handing out $100 bills to people in need is alive and well in Kansas City and has now spread to cities in other parts of the country.
Stewart's anonymity ended following his death in 2007 but a new anonymous Secret Santa has continued Stewart's annual outpouring of generosity.
