USA800 Inc. said it will open its fourth Kansas City area call center by June 1 and plans to hire 200 people.
The new Northland facility will be at 7306 N.W. Tiffany Springs Parkway, about 3 miles from Kansas City International Airport. The employees will be hired over the next 90 days, the company said.
The locally based company said it has doubled its size here over the past year and currently has more than 1,500 employees at centers in Raytown, St. Joseph and Lawrence.
“The Kansas City area is uniquely qualified to give USA800 access to a highly skilled and educated workforce,” Tom Davis, chief executive of USA800, said in a statement.
Davis said USA800 already plans to open a fifth area location in 2017.
USA800 was launched in 1976 and is 100 percent employee-owned. For more information, go to www.usa800.com.
