Vietnamese-French bistro replacing Pho’ Hoa on Independence Avenue

The owners of Pho’ Hoa Noodle Soup will temporarily close the restaurant at 1447 E. Independence Ave. on April 30.

Spike and Jessie Nguyen opened the franchise location in June 2011. Now they are remodeling the restaurant and plan to reopen it as iPho Tower Vietnamese-French Bistro by late May.

They also recently opened an iPho Tower at 3623 Broadway.

The bistro serves pho noodle soups, vermicelli bowls, Vietnamese sandwiches, and rice plates, along with French-fusion items such as “French crepes with a Vietnamese influence.”

The “tower” in the logo stands for the Eiffel Tower.
