1. Roll a thawed sheet of puff pastry to 10-by-14 inches on a floured surface. Spread 3/4 lb. bulk Italian sausage.
2. Sprinkle 1 c. shredded cheese and 2 Tbsp. chopped olives over all.

3. Roll and crimp edges. Place in fridge until ready to use.
4. Slice. Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 400 degrees.
