The American Restaurant in Crown Center is celebrating its 40th anniversary this year with a new chef firmly at the helm.
Executive chef Michael Corvino arrived last summer and immediately started making a favorable impression. His culinary style is highly artistic, the sort of plate presentation locally-based Red Dirt thought would sell a phone cover case. It’s for a good cause: clean water for those in need.
