Now Boulevard Brewing Company has chimed inwith a beer pairing guide to the chefs’ Thanksgiving recipes.
The Cicerones (certified beer experts) at Boulevard paired Pale Ale with the Pumpkin, Fennel and Raisin Dressing recipe from Michael Foust at The Farmhouse.
Pop-Up Session IPA goes with the roast turkey devised by Michael Corvino at The American Restaurant, and Nutracker Ale is the perfect match for the Pumpkin Spice Cheesecake from Danica Pollard, pastry chef at Lidia’s Kansas City.
