Whisk together the apple cider vinegar, olive oil, chile powder and yogurt, set aside. Mix together the tomatoes, cucumbers, onions and sweet peppers. Pour yogurt mixture over the tomato mixture. Fold ingredients together season with salt and pepper.Inspiration:
