Spin through the archives: 1955 ad for Robinson’s shoes

Patent leather has always been popular, as evidenced in this ad that originally ran in The Kansas City Times (“The morning Kansas City Star”) on Feb. 10, 1955. Robinson’s shoe stores boasted six locations, four in the Kansas City area. For context, the Antoinette pair for $12.95 would cost about $115 today, when adjusted for inflation.
