New developer brings larger lots, limited-time lot price reductions to Manors of Mission Farms in Leawood

Looking for a villa community close to everything, yet far from ordinary? The new developer of the Manors of Mission Farms in Leawood has created a luxurious maintenance-provided area to meet the demand for those who are looking to “right-size.”

The new development team of Craig and Keith Eymann is revitalizing the Manors of Mission Farms, a Leawood luxury, maintenance-provided community offering buyers high-end custom décor in space designed to fit their lifestyle.

“If you haven’t visited the Manors lately, you need to come back. Everything has changed,” said Teresa Hoffman, who markets the community with Jennifer Diehl Templin for Reece & Nichols Realtors.

In the Manors of Mission Farms, “the Eymanns have completed a new land plan with larger home sites and more space between homes. Ambassador Homes — the custom home-building company of the Eymanns — is the exclusive builder and is bringing homes that offer the perfect blend of high quality interior and exterior features and exciting ‘right-sized’ floor plans,” Hoffman said.

The thoughtfully planned community is located on 105th Terrace just east of Mission Road and north of the Mission Farms retail and restaurant area, where residents can easily walk to a relaxing meal or boutique shopping.

“This is a prime Leawood location next to the most sought-after new restaurants and shops in Johnson County,” Templin said. “The Manors of Mission Farms is the only new-home community in Leawood north of I-435.”

A quiet enclave with views of a small lake, “the Manors was originally designed with 20 home sites with homes so close together that they were practically attached,” said Craig Eymann. “We replatted the community to have 14 home sites with ample space between homes and room for three-car garages.”

Even though the home sites are larger, lot prices are reduced up to 50 percent for a limited time. The home sites originally were priced from $150,000 to $230,000 but are now priced from $85,000 to $195,000. These incredible price reductions are only available for a limited time.

Only 10 of the 14 home sites remain available, so potential residents should not hesitate to reserve one of them.

Provided maintenance at the Manors of Mission Farms include lawn care, snow removal, trash service and maintenance of the common areas.

Hoffman and Templin said they are aware that buyers in the Manors of Mission Farms will have an existing home to sell and are available to assist them with the process. They have combined experience of more than 30 years selling upper-bracket homes. They said that with interest rates on a 30-year loan below 4 percent, this is a great time to buy a new, quality-built home that better fits a buyer’s current lifestyle.

“Existing homes have been selling quickly,” Hoffman said. “It’s now a seller’s market, with homes often getting multiple offers in just a few days. If anyone is thinking about selling and moving to a new home, this is the time to do it.”
