The family-favorite Stonebridge community shines in this year’s Spring Parade of Homes, which runs through May 13th. Stonebridge, located between Ridgeview and Blackbob along 167th Street, is comprised of Stonebridge Park, Stonebridge Trails, Stonebridge Meadows, and Stonebridge Village. And during this year’s Parade, an astounding 13 homes are beautifully decorated and open to the public.
“Getting out on the Parade is such a fun way to see all the potential our neighborhoods possess,” says Brenda Sanders, President of Rodrock & Associates, Realtors®. “These communities are exquisitely planned and boast all the extra amenities that bring neighbors together! And our homebuilders and designers have done an amazing job showcasing the very latest in design trends.”
Among this enviable selection of homes is Chris George Homes’ popular reverse 1.5-story Cypress II in Stonebridge Meadows. With 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, and an owners’ suite that’s a true retreat, this stylishly furnished home will be a tour favorite.
The community also offers James III Home’s Grayson, a 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath, 2-story beauty. This award-winning plan includes a main-level study, formal dining room, and an impressive owners’ suite that stretches across the entire back of the home—yet this stellar design includes excellent-sized secondary bedrooms.
In neighboring Stonebridge Trails, there are five brand-new-to-Parade homes ready to tempt tour-goers—the highest number of models the community has debuted. Among them is the favorite Makenna by Gabriel Homes, complete with 10-foot ceilings, a large kitchen adjoining the Great Room, and built-ins and fine details galore.
As well, Doyle Construction Company offers an exhilarating new plan in the Rockford. “This 4-bedroom, 3-bath home has almost everything you can imagine,” says community manager Joan Jacquin. “The entrance embraces a circular staircase leading to the second level and basement. Off the kitchen are a thoughtful flex room and massive mudroom. And there is storage everywhere—a true homemaker’s delight!”
“Rob Washam also offers a new floor plan that’s causing quite a stir,” adds Joan. “The Landon has 4 bedrooms and an office, with so many built-ins. And the mudroom will stop you in your tracks, with its built-ins, seating area, and tons of storage. Finally, the kitchen is a wide-open plan, adjoining the breakfast area and a massive Great Room with bowed windows.”
Not to be forgotten is Dusselier & Marks Homes’ Marietta III. This true reverse has a wide-open floor plan, two oversized bedrooms on the first floor and another two on the lower level, plus so many other outstanding features. Among them is a small, enclosed room adjacent to the staircase—which can be used as a small office or private bar area.
Finally, Stonebridge Park will have five stunning model homes on this spring’s Parade. “There are a variety of new floor plans, each with new ideas and designs that have not been seen in previous models,” says community manager Ed Stephenson. “And tour-goers should also stop in to visit several finished homes that are for sale, most of which are furnished and decorated.”
The Park’s offerings include the Austin by Dusselier & Marks Homes. This 4-bedroom, 3-bath reverse 1.5 story has a welcome, flowing kitchen in crisp white and the most fantastic lower level for entertaining, complete with wet bar.
Excitingly, James Engle Custom Homes is also rolling out its Emery II, with 4 bedrooms and 4 baths and all the fine details for which Engle is synonymous. This handsome home—with its curved doorways, hardwood floors, and gleaming kitchen with granite—is not to be missed. The lower level will be the center for all the fun: with a fireplace, game area, wet bar with wine cabinet and double under counter refrigerators, home theater, and additional bathroom.
And while Parade goers are touring these fantastic collections of homes, they can also enjoy the added extras that make Stonebridge a community like no other. An expansive trail system offers residents an easy way to visit friends and make use of the neighborhood’s impressive four pools, playgrounds, and two clubhouses, one with workout facilities. In fact, Stonebridge boasts a junior Olympic-size pool and water slide; zero-entry pools and changing cabanas; grills and picnic areas; sport courts; and several well-equipped playgrounds.
Another bonus? The paved trails lead directly to Prairie Creek Elementary School, which has repeatedly won the Governor’s Award. With all these premium extras, Stonebridge quickly turns tour-goers into homeowners, time and time again.
