Early spring buyer traffic and construction activity have been “greatly exceeding expectations” at Huntford, said Amy Maher, community manager. And with plenty of Spring Parade of Homes excitement starting today, including two entries that exemplify Inspired Homes’ quality-focused building process, the Inspired Homes team is ready to make a lasting impression on even more prospective buyers in the coming days.
One of the first thing that visitors to Huntford notice is the prime Olathe location that offers the best of both worlds: scenic, peaceful surroundings with close proximity to enviable recreation, dining, shopping and highway access. That includes Lake Olathe, which is in the midst of an exciting expansion that will put attractions like a zip line, botanical garden and a marina just down the hill from Huntford.
Inside the community, there’s no shortage of excitement, especially as the Spring Parade of Homes kicks off this weekend. From now until May 13, prospective buyers are encouraged to visit Huntford and see Inspired Homes’ two Parade entries, both of which showcase the thoughtful floor plans and generous standard features that are among the builder’s hallmarks.
“We’re a newer builder to the market and haven’t yet been able to truly present our variety of product offering and quality of home we build to a larger audience,” said Todd Lipschutz, president, Inspired Homes. “I’m excited to present that to the public and have them connect not only with our homes, but also with our people, processes and unique selling features.”
Parade entry 272 is the Huntford model home, a reverse 1½-story Quintessa floor plan with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Located at 14313 Houston St. in Olathe, the home includes 2,201 square feet and a spacious main level complete with a great room, kitchen and breakfast area adjacent to an outdoor deck. The lower level is ideal for entertaining or simply relaxing in the recreation room with bar. Ample storage space adds convenience to the functional yet stylish layout.
The second home, parade entry 273, is a reverse 1½-story Cardinale floor plan at 14465 S. Houston St. in Olathe. The four-bedroom, three-bathroom home is priced at $380,805 and includes a fully appointed main level complete with dining room, a master suite and a spacious great room that flows into the kitchen and breakfast area. The lower level offers a recreation room, two bedrooms, a bathroom and plenty of unfinished space that’s perfect for storage.
The two Parade entries are certainly among the highlights at Huntford, but there’s much more to see. A combination of steady demand and brisk construction has resulted in an incredible selection of inventory homes that are in varying stages of completion.
Prospective buyers on a short timeline can choose from three reverse 1½-story homes (two Quintessa floor plans and one Cardinale floor plan) that are move-in ready. Prices range from $365,000 to $383,000.
Additionally, two two-story homes will be finished in the next 60 days. And several more inventory homes are underway and will finish throughout the year, giving prospective buyers an enviable selection and the flexibility to meet a variety of move-in timelines.
For those who prefer to work with Inspired Homes on a personalized home, now is an equally ideal time to secure a homesite. Limited homesites remain, yet prospective buyers can take advantage of a premium selection that includes locations on the community pond and golf course. Walkout, flat and daylight homesites are available.
Plus, Inspired Homes recently launched two new floor plans at Huntford, including an in-demand true ranch layout. The Sonoma offers 1,800 square feet, three bedrooms and two bathrooms and starts at $314,990.
The second new plan is also expected to be popular among prospective buyers. The Rutherford is a two-story with three bedrooms (and an option for four bedrooms) and 2½ bathrooms. The Rutherford starts at $309,990, an appealing price point that gives more buyers an opportunity to experience the Inspired Homes difference.
“The Rutherford is really well laid out and is a wonderful space,” Maher said. “To be able to offer a two-story home in Olathe from the low $300,000s is so exciting. It puts us in an entirely different category.”
With the new floor plans, Huntford now offers six different layouts. Yet no matter which Inspired Homes floor plan a buyer chooses, the company is committed to ensuring each buyer’s satisfaction. All homes are built to last without burdening homeowners with excessive exterior maintenance. For example, each home offers cement-based James Hardie® siding, which offers a 15-year color warranty and 30-year product warranty and “stands far and above what a homeowner might find in other homes,” Lipschutz said.
Make plans to visit Huntford during the Spring Parade of Homes and see firsthand what separates Inspired Homes from other builders. The Olathe Chamber Convention and Visitors Bureau calls the city the “crossroads of adventure.” Once you visit Huntford, you might just find that Olathe is also your new home.
