Lot prices range from the upper $60,000s to the $180,000s, with home prices in the $400,000s to $800,000-plus. There is currently inventory available for immediate occupancy, to homes where buyers can still make their selections and move-in within 90 days. “We also still have several lots left where buyers can choose their own builder,” Sinclair said.
Another quaint enclave within the community is Canyon Creek Shores, featuring larger, more secluded homesites on heavily treed walkout lots along the shoreline of Mize Lake, with lots priced from the $130,000s to the $180,000s. Here, only six of the original 13 lots remain.
