Construction has begun on Links IV, the final phase of Woodneath Farms, one of the Northland’s most distinguished new home communities.
Sherri Cole, longtime community manager and ReeceNichols real estate agent, anticipates that these homesites, once available, will sell quickly.

Links IV will extend NE 89th Street further west along Shoal Creek Golf Course, then turn north and connect to existing N Booth Avenue. The phase will include 58 homesites, with just 17 sites backing to the goal course and a select few offering western facing views of the course from their front yard.

Plat maps of the new phase are available on the Woodneath Farms’ website or in the community information center located at 8608 NE 90th Street.
“We anticipate to have homesites available for reservation by early to mid-Fall and those interested in receiving construction and pricing updates are encouraged to join our contact list,” said Cole.
Developed by Hunt Midwest, Woodneath Farms has long been a destination community with rolling hills and larger home sites offering picturesque views of farmland, the Shoal Creek Golf Course and, in some cases, the skyline of downtown Kansas City.
