As someone who refuses to walk around my home without slippers on, I’ve gone through my fair share of thin and flimsy pairs. I’ve had several slip-on styles through the years, and they get plenty of use, since I work from home and generally spend most of my days in slippers. On a lower-quality pair, the soles are usually the first to go, and the foam begins to wear off quickly. What I love about these slippers is the 100% Australian shearling lining that elevates them and makes them look like an everyday luxury. Shearling can be temperature-regulating, giving you a great combination of breathability and insulation \u2014 this makes the slippers great for warmer weather, too. Plus, the thickly padded memory foam insole means they stay snugly on my feet, whether I’ve got socks on or not. <\/p>

I also find that the outdoor-friendly EVA soles are very lightweight and not clunky at all. So if you need to get the mail or take out the trash, you don’t have to worry about wearing down the bottoms. They’ve also got some good traction thanks to the deep grooves. And if you’re low maintenance, like me, don\u2019t let the genuine suede construction scare you, as I’ve spilled on them and found that a damp cloth takes care of it.<\/p>
