Heads up, “Saved by the Bell” fans. Mario Lopez is heading to town in April to help raise money for Truman Medical Centers.
Lopez will host Fashion For a Cause, an annual benefit for the hospital’s neonatal intensive care units and Women’s Health Services.
Lopez, who hosts the entertainment news show “Extra,” will be the fourth celebrity the hospital has brought to town. E!’s Giuliana Rancic, TV fashion guru Carson Kressley and model Petra Nemcova have hosted the fashion show in previous years.
Last week Lopez participated in an epic “Saved by the Bell” cast reunion on “The Tonight Show” with Jimmy Fallon. The YouTube video of that Bayside High skit has more than 26 million hits. (Watch it below.)

Lopez, as A.C. Slater, stole the skit.
“You killed it. You were amazing!” Fallon told Lopez when he visited “Extra” the next day.
“When you came out as Slater and the audience wouldn’t stop clapping. You had to like, yell, to say your lines so we could move the sketch along. It was such a big applause.”
We’re betting he gets the same reception in Kansas City.
Fashion For a Cause, which spotlights local boutiques and designers, celebrates its 10th anniversary this year.
The runway show begins at 8 p.m. on April 17 at the Grand Ballroom in the Kansas City Convention Center. (A VIP “experience” with Mario starts at 6 p.m. before the show.)
