After two years of misbehavior, Justin Bieber wants his fans to know he’s on the road to redemption.
At least, that’s what he implies in a video apology he posted Wednesday after appearing on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show.”
“I’m not what I was pretending to be,” Bieber said. “Just being young and growing up in this business is hard.
“I just want to make the best impression on people and be kind and loving and gentle and soft.”

Bieber’s appearance on “Ellen” was the first he’s done in over a year, which he said made him feel “awkward.”
“I felt like people were judging me, and I really want people to know how much I care,” Bieber said in the video.
The video sparked a reaction from fans on Twitter, who before long created their own hashtag of support for the pop star.
We’ll Belieb it when we see it.
