To say we’re impressed is an understatement.

That gingerbread house you and your family worked on pales in comparison to this family’s masterpiece.

And it took them two weeks to create it.

Now that’s dedication.

The house is a sprawling replica of the hotel from the movie “The Shining.”

And it looks like an architect built it.

A photo of the house was posted on Imgur by Aaron Keeling, who grew up in the Kansas City area.

(You might have seen one of Keeling's films in the Kansas International Film Festival as well.)

Keeling said their dad does all the planning from photos, and then they go to work.

“It is a Christmas ritual to have fights during the construction,” Reddit user (and family member) eudicotyledon posted on the site.

You can see a full gallery of the gingerbread house here.

We’d try our best to top this gingerbread house, but probably end up eating it instead.
