See what Kansas City’s ‘Bachelor’ contestants are up to now

Nothing makes Kansas Citians more proud than seeing a few of their own compete for love on a reality TV show.

Right?

ABC has seen a number of KC contestants on its hit show the past few years, from Nikki Ferrell to Tanner Tolbert and the infamous Ryan McDill (who got kicked off on night one for having one too many cocktails).

So what are our favorite reality stars up to?

As for Ferrell, who won the heart of “Bachelor” Juan Pablo but didn’t win his hand in marriage (if you call that winning), she’s still in Kansas City, working as a nurse at Children’s Mercy Hospital.

And she’s definitely in the Christmas spirit this year.

It looks as if she’s bounced back from her failed relationship with Juan Pablo to another Kansas Citian, named Tyler:

And by the looks of it, these two love birds won’t be headed to “Couples Therapy” any time soon.

Tanner Tolbert competed for the heart of “Bachelorette” Kaitlyn Bristowe in 2015. And although he didn’t find love in that hopeless place, he did find a soulmate in former “Bachelor” contestant Jade Roper on “Bachelor in Paradise.”

The couple got engaged on the “Bachelor” spinoff, and Roper relocated from Los Angeles to Tolbert’s home in Olathe.

Since then, they’ve taken engagement pictures in Kansas and returned to the spot where they first fell in love, Sayulita, Mexico.

No word on a wedding date yet, but we’re still holding out hope for an invitation.

Ryan McDill, who might hold the record for quickest dismissal from the “Bachelor” mansion, is still living in Kansas City and working at All Star Auto Parts.

Love my crew

We’re guessing McDill is steering clear of any affiliation with the “Bachelor” franchise.

And we don’t blame him.
