The mag has released a behind-the-scenes video of the cover shoot with photographer Jeff Lipsky and lo! Britney might have been given some sharper facial features through the magic of contouring makeup, but those, folks, are her real abs.

“I don’t mind working out,” said Spears, who said her workout routine includes frequent swimming, interval training and yoga.
“I start with 20 minutes of intense cardio – usually running – move on to light free weights, body-weight exercises such as pushups, squats, and sit- ups, then finish it off with a stretch.”
It’s workin’ for her.
She resumes her “The Britney: Piece of Me” concerts at Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas on Dec. 27.
