Putting Jared Leto, Will Smith and Tom Hardy all in one movie is one thing.

But putting them all in a movie as bad guys in the DC Universe, that’s a whole new level of holy cow.

Warner Bros. announced Tuesday that the three will star in “Suicide Squad,” a villain-centric superhero movie that follows “Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice” in 2016.

Smith is playing uncanny assassin Deadshot. Hardy plays team leader Rick Flagg. And Leto plays...wait for it, waaaait....

Also among the villains: “Wolf of Wall Street” actress Margot Robbie plays the Joker’s girlfriend, Harley Quinn; Jai Courtney plays Boomerang and former Victoria’s Secret model Cara Delevingne plays the magician Enchantress.

The film, directed by David Ayer (“Fury”), is scheduled to come out Aug. 5, 2016.

The Suicide Squad debuted in 1959, and has appeared in TV’s “Smallville” and in a recent direct-to-video animated movie, “Batman: Assault on Arkham.”
