The future is here, y’all!
On Wednesday — “Back to the Future” day — actor Michael J. Fox tested a pair of self-lacing Nikes, just like he did in “Back to the Future 2.” He tweeted a short video that shows the shoe laces tightening.
“That’s insane,” Fox says. “That’s really great.”

Fox also tweeted that the shoes are coming spring 2016.

And we have a good guess as to who will among the first to get a pair: Royals’ pitcher Jeremy Guthrie, who has been all over social media about how “Future I & II” are his favorites movies “ever.”
