Popular Australian morning show host Karl Stefanovic wore the same navy blue suit on air for one year to prove a point and nobody got a whiff of his social experiment.
And nope, he didn’t have the knock-off Burberry suit dry-cleaned while he did it.
The host of Channel Nine’s “Today” program in Sydney told Australia’s Fairfax Media that he wanted to prove how unfair it is that his female co-host, Lisa Wilkinson, is criticized about her clothes.
“No one has noticed; no one gives a s**t,” he said of his experiment. “Women are judged much more harshly and keenly for what they do, what they say and what they wear.

“I’m judged on my interviews, my appalling sense of humor – on how I do my job, basically. Whereas women are quite often judged on what they’re wearing or how their hair is.”
Only Wilkinson and one other member of the show’s team knew what he was doing.
And it must be said, given how closely Wilkinson sits next to her co-anchor every morning, she’s quite the good sport.
